A&M Production joins EF Group, strengthening its international growth and expanding the Group’s presence in the United States

A&M Production proudly announces its entry into EF Group, a leading Italian company in the exhibit and contract sectors, supported by the Italian private equity fund Alto Partners. This strategic move marks an important step in A&M Production’s growth journey and is driven by shared values and a common industrial vision with EF Group, centered on innovation, quality, and people development. After evaluating several international opportunities, A&M Production chose EF Group for the strength of its industrial project and the alignment of long-term goals.

The integration combines experience and production capabilities within a structured international framework, opening new growth perspectives while ensuring continuity in A&M’s entrepreneurial story. With operational offices in Atlanta and Las Vegas, A&M Production brings EF Group a direct and strategic presence in the United States—two key locations on the East and West Coasts that strengthen the Group’s competitiveness and expand its business overseas.

“This partnership is a concrete opportunity to strengthen our position in the U.S. market and offer even more comprehensive solutions to our clients, thanks to the support of a solid, organized, and growth-oriented group” said Riccardo Montanari, Managing Director of A&M Production

While becoming part of a larger organization, A&M Production will maintain its identity, governance, team, and operating structure, continuing to uphold its high-quality standards and internal processes. The company will fully integrate into EF Group’s shared vision, focused on sustainable growth and international expansion.

Joining EF Group represents both a new opportunity for development and a consolidation of A&M Production’s long-term strategy. The integration enables access to new industrial and commercial synergies, enhancing the company’s ability to deliver comprehensive and customized solutions. This partnership contributes to the growth of a leading European player recognized for its expertise, quality, and strategic vision — with the ambition to create greater value for all stakeholders: clients, employees, and suppliers.
